Four Seasons Resort Mykonos Opens Its Doors: A Milestone Five Years in the Making

After five years of planning, coordination and delivery, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos has officially opened its doors, welcoming its first guests to one of Greece's most anticipated luxury hospitality destinations.

FOCAL have partnered with VITA Development throughout the project's lifecycle, providing Project Management services from concept to completion and supporting the successful delivery of a development that sets a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in the Cyclades.

Developed by Blue Iris Investments and located on the coastline of Karapetis Bay, the resort marks the arrival of the iconic Four Seasons brand in Mykonos. Built on more than 60,000 square metres of beachfront land, the development has been carefully integrated into its natural surroundings while embracing the timeless character of Cycladic architecture.

The resort features 94 guest rooms, suites and villas, each designed to maximise panoramic views of the Aegean Sea through generous terraces and outdoor living spaces. Landscaped pathways, courtyards and gardens create the atmosphere of an authentic Cycladic village, combining privacy, elegance and a strong sense of place.

Guests can enjoy a collection of distinctive culinary experiences, from Mediterranean and coastal Italian cuisine to authentic Greek hospitality, alongside a comprehensive wellness offering that includes a luxury spa, fitness facilities and dedicated yoga spaces. Sustainability has also been embedded throughout the development, with the integration of desalinated seawater systems, renewable energy solutions and advanced waste management practices.
