About the project
The project concerns refurbishing an existing 7-storey office building with retail areas on the ground level, a mezzanine and three basement levels used for parking, transforming it into a Mixed-Use Development. The property is located in the heart of Athens, specifically at Pireos 44 Str., just minutes from Athens’ Town Hall and Omonia Square, with proximity to key landmarks, museums, retail shops, and a metro station.
It includes a complete renovation, converting the building into a uniquely designed and stylish residential complex. The basement levels will be repurposed into a public parking garage and service areas.
The ground floor will feature the main entrance to the residential complex, as well as retail spaces with direct street access. The mezzanine will house four apartments and shared amenities such as meeting rooms, a lounge area, a gym, a yoga room, and treatment rooms.
Floors 1 to 7 will be dedicated to residential use, offering a total of 211 apartments. The rooftop will feature common-use areas, including a swimming pool with a bar, a relaxation area, and an open recreational space.
