Kaisariani project involves the complete renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing six-storey office building into a contemporary student accommodation development in the heart of Athens.
Located in Kaisariani, one of the city's most established university districts, the development offers direct access to the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the National Technical University of Athens, and the medical schools in Goudi. The location combines excellent public transport connectivity with a vibrant neighborhood offering cafés, retail, essential services, and immediate access to Mount Hymettus.
The completed development will comprise 141 fully furnished student apartments, complemented by shared amenity spaces and ground-floor retail units, creating a modern student living community designed to enhance both convenience and quality of life. Apartments are equipped with contemporary furnishings, private bathrooms, integrated kitchenettes, air conditioning, smart technologies, and a comprehensive range of amenities tailored to student needs.
Focal provides Lenders' Technical Advisor (LTA) services on behalf of Piraeus Bank, supporting the financing process through technical due diligence, project monitoring, and independent reporting throughout the development.
