Stopanska Banka new HQ, Skopje

Stopanska Bank has planned to build its new headquarters in the center of the city of Skopje on Quay November 13 bb, Skopje, KO Centar 1, specifically on the southwest part of construction plot 1.1. It is an attractive location in the strict center of the city, bounded by Mirce Acev St. to the southwest, Vojvoda Vasil Ajilarski St. to the northwest, and 13th November Quay to the northeast. The investment takes place on a plot with a total area of 2,566 m², and the building to be constructed has a footprint of 1,800 m², is 56.7m high, and consists of three basements and 11 floors above the ground floor, with a total area of approximately 13,650 m².

Focal Project Managers are appointed as the Technical Advisor for the construction project of the new headquarters building of Stopanska Banka AD Skopje and are responsible for consulting, monitoring, and reviewing the main design and building permit documentation, as well as consulting and monitoring during the construction of the headquarters building.
