About the project
Located within the historic Olympic Athletic Center of Athens (O.A.K.A), Stadio2020 is a large-scale renovation and expansion initiative focused on upgrading and modernizing the site's tennis infrastructure. The project spans a plot area of 70,000 m² with a total built area of 11,500 m².
The development includes the refurbishment and maintenance of existing facilities, along with the construction of a new two-storey Club House featuring a swimming pool and a café/restaurant. Additional new features comprise:
• A central information point and kiosk
• 9 new padel courts (4 covered with a steel roof)
• 3 pickleball courts
• 1 hard-surface tennis court
• 7 clay courts, including 2 with steel roofing
• New parking areas
Focal provides Project and Construction Management, Funder Representation, and Cost Consulting Services, ensuring technical accuracy, smooth coordination and quality execution at every phase.
