The project concerns the fit out of the new Shire offices located at Grivalia’s Green Plaza in Marousi. It is an 840 sqm modern open space office equipped with high end systems. Betwixt offices there are small meeting rooms servicing nearby employees, as well as a main meeting room, which is located in the middle. Moreover, phone booths are allocated within all areas and an 85 sqm fully equipped kitchen/ lunchbreak area is created. Each working place is designed to work autonomously. Any employee around the world can use them, by just connecting their laptop to the working station. Immediately, all personal settings as well as their phone number are implied. In the same gadget logic, the main meeting room is equipped with a following-voice camera.
Focal was engaged to provide Technical Advisory Services on behalf of the Lessor, in terms of construction quality, time-schedule, cost control, risk assessment, GC payments & certifications, and any other issues may occur during the Project.
