About the project
Prishtina Mall is located on a premium strategic location at the crossroad of main highway corridors linking several countries in South East Europe. The aspiration of this project is to be the largest shopping, leisure and entertainment center in southeast Europe, with a building area of 239.111 m2 (including parking area) and a leasable area of 114.562 m2.
The project has already been accredited by Edge for its eco-friendly structure and accessibility for everyone. EDGE is a green building certification system that allows design teams and project owners to assess the most cost-effective ways to incorporate energy and water saving options into homes, hotels, hospitals, offices and retail spaces.
