About the project
The project delivers a major expansion of P.A.E.G.A.E.’s logistics hub in Magoula, Elefsina, adding five new warehouses (159,000 m²) across a 1,150,000 m² site. The masterplan upgrades both the western and eastern sections with modern warehousing, expanded yards, extensive green areas, EV charging, fire‑fighting and power infrastructure, waste management zones, and five guardhouses for secure traffic control.
Focal leads Project and Cost Management, providing design review, engineering consulting, tender support and value engineering to ensure clarity on cost, programme and technical decisions throughout this large‑scale development. The project sets high sustainability targets and is executed within fully operational facilities, with a clear delivery roadmap and a carefully controlled execution environment. Completion is scheduled for 2030.
