About the project
One Athens Project concerns the fit out works of the old Doxiadis office building, located on 20-24 Stratiotikou Syndesmou str, at Lycabettus Athens.
The Development concerns extensive renovation and fit out works at the Doxiadis Building, which was built in 1957, in order to bring 16, out of the total 23 residences, to turnkey condition and be placed & sold in the market. The total GLA of the apartments amounts to 4.036 m2. Further to that, the Development includes several amenities at the common areas, concerning indoor pool, events hall, jacuzzi area, Gym etc. The total GBA of One Athens amounts to ca. 8.600 m2.
Focal was engaged to provide Technical Advisory Services on behalf of the Lender, in terms of construction quality, time-schedule, cost control, risk assessment, GC payments & certifications, and any other issues may occur during the Project.
