About the project
Lamda Development S.A. and Sonae Charagionis S.A. developed a shopping mall (60,000 m2 lettable area), with 110 shops, a multiplex cinema (12 projections theatres) and leisure facilities, as well as a landscaped food-court area and an integrated church. Substantial parking and all related infrastructure works completed the investment (approx. 260,000 m2).
Focal was appointed to provide Full Project and Construction Management Services including, Value Engineering, Design Management, Cost and Time monitoring Consulting, Works supervision and Initial operation support.
