About the project
The Development concerns the demolition of the existing property and the construction of a new 9-storey building, with 1 basement and a backyard. The scope is to create 8 modern and luxury apartments (ranging from 40 m2 to 100 m2), with the total saleable area amounting to ca. 660 m2, while the total buildable area of the Development (GBA) is close to 1.200 m2, taking into account the common and auxiliary areas.
Focal provides full scope of Project/Construction Management services from plot acquisition until the final handover of the Project. Indicatively, Focal services concern: design review & management, propose of alternatives, preliminary cost estimation, tender process with 5 rounds, extended value engineering in order to meet Client's target price, GC contract & cashflow, cost, time and quality control via weekly site visits, monthly reporting, GC payments & certifications, testing & commissioning, project close out etc.
