About the project
The projects concerned fit out works at Spaces and Regus office centers. Regus and Spaces are a global network of flexible workspaces that enable you to work wherever you need to be, in a productive, professional environment. The projects undertaken in Greece by Focal are the following:

The projects concerned full refurbishment of existing buildings and included dismantling of all obsolete technical infrastructure and architectural finishes, new planning, additions and full rehabilitation of service installations and architectural fit out with new high quality finishes.
During the pre-construction period, Focal managed closed tenders for the selection of contractors, undertook the design management of the local team adhering to the global design specs, and the coordination among all project stakeholders.
Project Management tasks involved budgeting, overall schedule monitoring, detailed construction cost breakdown, tender and awarding of work packages, contractor’s payments management and closing of the project.
