Domes Noruz Mykonos
Domes Noruz Mykonos is a fully renovated Luxury Spa Resort in Mykonos, located 400 meters from Agios Stefanos Beach in Mykonos Town. It offers 5-star accommodation and features a seasonal outdoor pool, gym, luxurious restaurant and bar.
About the project
The project encompasses a GLA of 2.625 m2, with a footprint of 1.830 m2, situated on a 4,050 m2 plot. The total cost of the project amounted to €8,60m, and its development timeline, encompassing the design, permit issuance, and construction phases, spanned a period of 14 months.
Focal PM was hired for ongoing support during the project. They handled key activities including assembling the design team, obtaining construction permits and legal approvals, overseeing the bidding for contractors, monitoring the construction, arranging the procurement and setup of furnishings and equipment, and guiding the project to its completion and hotel opening.
