About the project
The hotel features a total of 182 guestrooms, many of which offer the added luxury of private pools. Additionally, it boasts 2 restaurants and 4 bars, multiple communal swimming pools, and a comprehensive Spa facility that includes an indoor heated swimming pool, fitness area, and various amenities.
The project encompasses a GLA of 9,500 m2, with a building footprint of 5,300 m2, situated on a plot spanning 20,000 m2. The total cost of the project amounted to €20m, and its development timeline, encompassing the design, permit issuance, and construction phases, spanned a period of 18 months.
Focal PM was engaged to provide continuous support to the client throughout the project's development. Their involvement encompassed critical tasks such as selecting and mobilizing the design team, run and support the necessary construction permits and legal clearances, managing the tender process for contractor selection, supervising the construction phase, coordinating the procurement and organization of FF&E, and ensuring the seamless progression towards the final delivery and opening of the hotel.
