Clarksons Office, Athens Greece

Focal provided Project Management services for the Design and Construction of Fit-out works for the relocation of Clarksons’ offices to Megaro Bakolitsa (situated at  Kifissias Avenue). The project concerned the reconstruction of the existing building’s 1,004 m² 5th floor into a modern office space accommodating up to 75 workstations.

Focal was engaged from the pre-construction stages under a Design & Build contract, overseeing the entire process from design review and permitting compliance, to cost evaluation, construction monitoring and project close-out. 

Our responsibilities included regular site visits, client reporting, payment certification, and quality control, ensuring that the works were delivered on time and to a high standard. The office was designed and executed by A&M Architects and is currently fully operational and leased by Clarksons.
