About the project
The project involved the rehabilitation and the reconstruction of a 20-storey government building of a total area of 20.000 m2, which was damaged during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Focal undertook the project management of the complete reconstruction and fit-out of the existing building into a class A’ office building amidst major security constraints. Specific services provided included site monitoring, cost and schedule control, design reviews, energy efficiency and cost savings, quality control as well as monthly reporting.
The services were undertaken on behalf of the Greek Foreign Affairs Ministry and included coordination with local authorities for final handover.
