Amathus Beach Hotel, Rhodes

The project concerned the refurbishment of the 5* Beach Resort Amathus at Rhodes island. The resort is situated at Ixia, west coast of Rhodes and approximately 4,5 km from Rhodes city, on a 6,5 hectares’ plot. The hotel comprises of 318 bedrooms and 37 suites and various other amenities, including 7 F&B outlets, several conference and meeting rooms, pools, tennis courts, fitness and spa and access to the beach.

Focal was engaged to provide project management services, during the pre-construction, tendering and construction phases.
