About the project
Demolition of an existing building and construction of a new high-specification five-storey building of approximately 1,900 m², including two basement levels, pilotis and loft areas, developed to Energy Class A+ standards. The project combines contemporary architectural design with advanced sustainability and construction standards, and is expected to receive LEED certification, minimum category GOLD, creating a modern mixed-use asset in a prime location on Poseidonos Avenue.
