Grace Mykonos

Montecristo S.A decided to refurbish an old hotel in the world famous vacation destination of Mykonos, on a terraced site overlooking the Agios Stefanos Bay. The project concerned the upgrade of an abandoned hospitality unit to a five-star Boutique Hotel, for which custom Design and Management solutions needed to implemented (built up area of 2.400 m2). Focal provided full design services (subcontracting), which included issuing new permits and special designers’ contract management. Tasks also included contractor’s tender management and awarding, as well as site supervision and cost control.
