One & Only Kea Island

One & Only Kea Island Resort is luxury resort, located on the western side of Kea Island with the plot area consisting of 60 hectares on two slopes, overlooking a small bay called Vroskopos.  The Vroskopos bay is a secluded area, offering a sense of isolation.

The Development concerns the creation of a 5-star high end luxury resort of 75 keys and 150 beds in total, with a combination of 63 one-bedroom cottages and 6 two-bedroom suites (concerning the Hotel), as well as 3 Residential Villas of 4-bedrooms each, available for sale, offering spectacular views over the Aegean Sea.  The total GLA amounts to 6.500 m2.  Further to that, the Development includes the Main Building Complex, concerning F&B settings, events hall, tennis court, energy building, Beach bars and an exclusive Spa, of 3.500 m2 area in total.  All of the buildings will be in a short walking distance from the private beach and have private pools as well, and the total buildable area of the Resort (GBA) amounts to 10.700 m2.

Focal was engaged to provide Technical Advisory Services on behalf of the Lender, in terms of construction quality, time-schedule, cost control, risk assessment, GC payments & certifications, and any other issues may occur during the Project.
