Ikea Sofia

The project concerns the construction of the first IKEA store in Bulgaria, which covers 30.000 m2 on three levels, with 1.300 parking spaces in the basement. The project was executed in accordance with strict guidelines and specifications described in the IKEA Systems Manuals for Housemarket S.A. Project and Construction Management services included issuing all levels of design through local subcontractors, undertaking all permitting processes, managing the construction tender and leading all site supervision and coordination tasks. Supervision services included: Pre and Construction Phase Duties required by Bulgarian Legislation, Protocols, Acts, Reports, Support for issuing Operation Permit, Energy Efficiency audit, monitoring, evaluation.
