The project concerns the relocation of the TaxiBeat offices to 4 out of the 9 floors (5th to 8th floor) of the Orbit building; a modern 42.000 m2 building in the area of Ampelokipoi in Athens. During the fit out works period, Focal managed the requirements and needs of TaxiBeat with the designers and constructor, adhering to the specified LEEDS specs. Project Management tasks involved budgeting, overall schedule monitoring, detailed construction cost breakdown and procurement monitoring.
