Focal proudly acts as the Employer’s Representative to the Development Investors on this highly complex, multi-faceted project. Overseeing and managing all aspects of the development lifecycle, Pre-construction and Construction services, from early inception and planning through to final delivery, ensuring coherence, coordination, and excellence at every stage. This includes Design Management, Cost Management, Contracts Management, Permit Strategy development and Monitoring, as well as FF&E procurement overseeing. The project’s scale and intricacy, including distinct components such as luxury hospitality, branded real estate, marine works, and sustainability infrastructure, demand high-level strategic oversight and experience, which Focal has developed over their years and its broad range of Hospitality portfolio.
Focal also lead the full permitting process, navigating a uniquely demanding regulatory path reserved for a limited number of strategic national developments. This includes securing Joint Ministerial Decisions (JMDs), a rigorous and prestigious route that reflects the project’s exceptional scope and importance.
