Maestral Casino Resort, Montenegro

Maestral Resort and Casino is located in Montenegro, in the bay of Przno between Budva and Sveti Stefan, a place of great natural beauty. It is a large complex consisting of 230 guest rooms and apartments, a fully equipped spa and wellness center, restaurants and bars, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as a casino. The project concerned the refurbishment of the existing building and upgrade of the hotel from a four to a five-star. The new design aims to give a contemporary feel with the added discreet luxury and relaxed, pleasant, atmosphere of a seaside resort. The addition of the new VIP Casino space was designed in keeping with the basic geometry of the building.

Focal was engaged to provide Technical Advisory Services on behalf of the developer, in terms of construction quality, time-schedule, cost control, risk assessment, GC payments & certifications, and any other issues may occur during the Project.
