Radisson Skiathos

The Project concerns the refurbishment of an existing property, which already operates as a medium size 4-storey beach front Hotel, with ground floor and basement main areas, and room sections on floors and a separate building. The property will be converted to a 4* Hotel (158 keys) and all central areas and rooms will be renovated in clear minimal aesthetics and design. Its minimal architectural concept in clear lines emphasizes in providing comfort through fully renovated facilities to the hotel guests. The total area that shall be refurbished is approximately 3.880 m2.
Apart from hotel rooms, the building also maintains a small conference room, gym, main bar and restaurant and also an outside pool with restaurant, bar and several yards.
The building is located in Kanapitsa bay, a sandy beach of Skiathos Island, surrounded by a forest tree area and viewing the beachfront. Most interesting feature of the Hotel is the resort-featured, but small scale & more quiet hotel development in front of the sea, satisfying the needs of family tourism in a beautiful surrounding.
