Theoxenia, Mykonos

First Business Bank appointed Focal to provide accounts and cost monitor during re-construction works of the historic Theoxenia hotel in Mykonos, which involved repairs, service infrastructure upgrade, modern interior decoration and furniture fit out. The mission included follow up and evaluation of project implementation schedule, and review of contractor’s monthly statements, as well as payment certifications management. Monitoring also included progress executive reporting and recommendations on remedial actions.
