About the project
The project involved the full reconstruction and fit out of an existing hotel in the centre of Belgrade. Focal provided design review and coordination during the pre-construction phase. In addition, Focal undertook the construction permit application and issuance monitoring with local staff and on-site supervision of demolition works. The project has been halted due lack of funding.
