Six Senses Branded Villas in Porto Heli Officially Launch for Sale

The first Six Senses branded residences in Greece are now officially on the market, marking a major milestone for the Infinity – Six Senses development in Porto Heli.

Located on the site of the former Costa Perla resort, the project is expected to open in 2028 and will combine a luxury Six Senses hotel with an exclusive collection of just 12 branded villas available to international buyers.

The residences will range from five to ten bedrooms, with prices reportedly starting from €8 million. According to the project presentation, this will be the first Six Senses residential development in Greece and one of the brand’s most limited residential collections worldwide.

Designed by Delogu Architecture in collaboration with Athens-based Arch Group, the villas feature uninterrupted views towards Spetses and Hydra, direct access to the sea through private or shared piers, and a strong focus on indoor-outdoor living.

The homes will be delivered fully furnished and include private wellness and lifestyle amenities such as gyms, screening rooms, saunas, workspaces and outdoor entertainment areas. Sustainability also remains central to the project, with all residences targeting LEED Gold certification.

The development will also include the Six Senses Porto Heli hotel, featuring 62 hotel keys alongside hospitality, wellness and dining experiences.

Focal proudly acts as the Employer’s Representative to the Development Investors for the Infinity – Six Senses project, overseeing all aspects of the development lifecycle across start of construction, pre-construction and construction phases.

Focal’s involvement includes Design Management, Cost Management, Contracts Management, Permit Strategy development and monitoring, as well as FF&E procurement oversight, ensuring coordination and excellence throughout every stage of the project.
