One&Only Aesthesis (Asteria Complex)
During summer of 2022, the One & Only Aesthesis, the new 5-star hotel complex located within the famous Athenian Riviera in a 27-hecture beachfront site in South Athens, is expected to be fully operational. The construction works have commenced since February 2021 and are progressing, aiming the abandoned hotel complex "Asteria Glyfadas" into a 5-star hotel complex managed by the international hotel brand One & Only Resorts. One & Only Aesthesis will comprise of 127 keys (bungalows, branded villas and apartments), 2 signature restaurants, the Chenot Spa, event halls and several other amenities.
Focal provides Consultant services, operating as the Technical Advisor to the Funding Bank of this project.
