Increase in the Price Index for Building Materials for New Residential Buildings
The Price Index regarding Construction Materials for New Residential Buildings was increased by 3.7% in June 2021, compared to previous year (June 2020), as announced by ELSTAT.
The materials which were highly increased concern copper pipes (12,8%), Diesel (8,2%), Circulators (5,9%), bricks (3,3%), reinforcement steel rebars (2,4%), External frames (1,1%), timber floors (0,5%) etc.
