Five Contractors are invited to Tender for the Infrastructure Project at Hellinikon

Lamda Development has invited the five biggest construction companies, which hold a 7^th class certificate, to tender for the basic infrastructure works of the first phase of the Hellinikon development project.

More specifically, Terna, Avax, Aktor, Metka and Intrakat are competing for this 250-300€ million project. The Contractors’ offers are expected to be submitted within November, in order for the successful bidder to be selected until the end of the year.

The infrastructure project of the first phase of the Hellinikon development (until 2025), includes, among others, the underground diversion of Poseidonos Avenue (70-85€ million budget), road networks (45-57€ million budget) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (22-27€ million budget).
