Senior Site Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer to join our project team on a major development project. The successful candidate will act as the Client's representative on site, monitoring construction quality, progress, safety and contractor performance, while ensuring that the works are delivered in accordance with the approved design, specifications, timeline and project requirements.
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities on site
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards
- Review shop drawings, material submissions and technical documentation
- Monitor contractor performance, progress and compliance with project requirements
- Identify quality issues and follow up on corrective actions
- Attend site inspections, coordination meetings and technical reviews
- Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Contractors
- Review and follow up on RFIs, technical queries and design changes
- Monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging and handover activities
- Review as-built drawings, O&M manuals and handover documentation
- Maintain site records, inspection logs and photographic documentation
- Prepare regular progress, quality and site reports

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including substantial site supervision experience
- Proven experience in hospitality, residential, commercial or mixed-use developments
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials and detailing
- Ability to review and coordinate Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings
- Familiarity with construction regulations, permitting procedures and industry standards
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and document management platforms
- Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
- Strong communication, reporting and organizational skills
- Experience in large-scale or high-end developments will be considered an advantage
