Site Engineer (Inspector)
We are looking for a Site Engineer to support the execution of a luxury villas project in Mykonos. The role is highly site-focused and involves daily supervision of construction works, coordination of crews and contractors and close monitoring of progress and quality.
The position has a strong hands-on element, acting as the link between project management and on-site execution.
- Site Supervision & Coordination: Oversee daily construction activities on site, ensuring works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and agreed timelines.
- Contractor & Crew Coordination: Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site teams, ensuring smooth workflow and proper sequencing of works.
- Progress Monitoring: Track construction progress against the project schedule and support timely delivery of milestones.
- Technical Support on Site: Review drawings and technical documentation, and assist in resolving day-to-day site issues in coordination with engineers and consultants.
- Quality Control: Carry out regular inspections to ensure works meet required quality standards and project specifications.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Monitor implementation of H&S procedures on site and ensure a safe working environment.
- Reporting: Support preparation of site reports, tracking progress, workforce, materials and key issues.
- Issue & Risk Handling: Identify delays or deviations early and contribute to practical solutions on site.

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects
- Strong experience in on-site supervision (contractor or consultancy environment)
- Good understanding of construction processes, structural works and sequencing
- Experience in coordinating crews and subcontractors on site
- Familiarity with quality control and H&S requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD or BIM knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
