Site Engineer | Fixed-term (4 months)

Overview:

We are looking for a Site Engineer to support the construction of a luxury resort project in Mykonos. The role focuses on on-site supervision, contractor coordination and project monitoring, ensuring that works are delivered according to scope, timeline, quality and safety standards.

Key accountabilities:

Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure works are executed according to drawings and specifications.
Project Monitoring: Track progress and timelines to support timely project delivery.
Contractor Coordination: Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
Technical Support: Review drawings and assist in resolving on-site technical issues.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations.
Reporting: Maintain site records and contribute to progress reporting.
Issue Resolution: Identify risks or delays and support corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects
Proven experience in on-site supervision (contractor or consultancy environment)
Familiarity with quality control and H&S requirements
Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD or BIM knowledge is a plus)
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
