Design Manager
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design process for a luxury resort project. The role focuses on managing design deliverables, coordinating consultants and ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
The position is Athens-based, with involvement in project meetings and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design Management: Lead and coordinate the design process from concept to construction documentation.
- Project Alignment: Ensure design deliverables align with project scope, schedule and budget requirements.
- Consultant Coordination: Manage and coordinate architects, engineers and external consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Design Review: Review design outputs to ensure compliance with specifications, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Progress Monitoring: Track design progress and identify risks, delays or deviations.
- Issue Resolution: Support the resolution of design-related issues and coordination conflicts.
- Change Management: Manage design changes and assess their impact on cost and timeline.
- Reporting & Communication: Lead design meetings and contribute to project reporting and updates.

- Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 10 years of experience in in design management or multidisciplinary design coordination
- Proven experience in managing design consultants and complex projects
- Strong knowledge of design standards, permitting regulations and project delivery processes
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management platforms
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM and document control systems
- Excellent command of Greek and English, spoken and written
