Design Manager, Hospitality

Overview:

Location: Athens, Greece

Language: Fluent in Greek & English

Key accountabilities:

Lead and coordinate design processes for hospitality projects, from concept to completion
Oversee architectural and interior design for both full-scale hotel developments and interior fitouts
Manage BIM models, drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD & Revit
Handle procurement and contractor coordination to ensure project alignment
Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project goals, budgets, and timelines

Qualifications:

Degree in Graphic Design or similar
Degree in Architecture or Engineering
8+ years of experience in design management for hospitality projects
Strong expertise in BIM, AutoCAD, and RevitAbility to manage design coordination, procurement, and permitting
Fluent in Greek and English
Full-time, office-based role in Athens, Greece
