Construction Manager
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the construction of high-end residential project in Mykonos. The role combines on-site supervision, contractor coordination and project monitoring, ensuring that works are delivered according to scope, timeline, quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will be based in Athens and able to travel regularly to Mykonos for on-site presence and coordination.
- Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site and ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications and project requirement
- Project Monitoring: Track project progress, timelines and quality performance to support timely and consistent delivery
- Contractor Coordination: Monitor contractor performance, review progress and ensure compliance with agreed scope and standards
- Issue Resolution: Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to address site issues and support smooth project execution
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, permits and applicable construction standards
- Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, participate in project meetings and contribute to project progress reporting
- Risk Management: Identify delays, risks or deviations and support the implementation of corrective actions

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects, including substantial on-site supervision experience
- Proven experience in contractor supervision and project monitoring
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, specifications and site execution
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations and construction site compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project or Primavera will be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
