The project concerns the reconstruction of an existing property, which used to operate as a 7-storey office building with a mezzanine, ground floor and three basements, into a Mixed Use Development, including a Condo Hotel. The asset is situated in the heart of Athens and, specifically, at Pireos 44 str., just minutes away from the Athens’ Town Hall and Omonoia Square, with proximity to several important landmarks, museums, retail shops as well as to the metro station.
The Mixed Use Development and Condo Hotel will consist of 150 hotel rooms, 77 apartments, conference hall, projection room, spa, gym, restaurants, co-working space. The Hotel will also expand on the rooftop, with outdoor and pool activities and bar and restaurant areas.
