Trade Logistics Warehouse

The project concerned the construction of an 850m2 warehouse building extension next to an existing 35.000m2 logistics warehouse. The new building was constructed with reinforced concrete foundations, steel frame structure, panels for cladding, and membrane roof insulation. The concrete slab on grade met the flatness specification DIN 18202 GROUP 4. The building is fire protected by the use of roof sprinklers, and fire detectors, while the Docks are equipped with hydraulic swing-lip door leveler, overhead sectional doors, and dock shelters. The new building is served by 2.300m2 of asphalt pavements, capable to bear heavy duty trucks.
