Construction of a new 30.000m2 production facility in Aspropyrgos, Attica for Philip Morris International S.A. Focal developed detailed specifications for the whole project as per the U.S. CSI cost breakdown system on the basis of design drawings and coordination sessions with the designers aiming at issuing a construction tender. The special consultancy services covered all engineering disciplines (Civil, Structural, Architecture, Electrical and Mechanical). Responsibilities included Design Analysis aiming at assessing the constructability of details and the method statements of the future works. Finally, a comprehensive detailed project budget was developed.
