Accenture Office Relocation

Advising on offices layout, design of service networks and management of the logistics for the relocation of the consulting firm ‘Accenture’ as tenants into their new centralized facilities. Tasks included monitoring of the general contractor on site, selection of equipment and finish materials, and quality control, in addition to the coordination of contracts, payments and final testing and commissioning. Focal closely collaborated with the Client's management team in order to specialize the space layout to their business consultancy philosophy, and coordinated areas of compatibility with the building infrastructure provided by the owner.
