4 Storey Pharmaceutical Industry

The Project concerns the Construction of a New Industrial Building on a site that includes preexisting buildings of similar use. It consists of the new production lines of an existing Pharmaceutical Factory on the Ground Floor and packaging areas on the First Floor. Electromechanical installations on the Mezzanine level and other BOH usage areas in the Basement support the project. The floor outline is approximately 1460 sq.m., while the total construction area is 5127 sq.m.
The Building will be A+ classified, with photovoltaic panels on the roof and a general green building approach.
Outdoor plot areas will mostly host parking spaces, loading/ unloading circulation, several supportive buildings and green planted surfaces.

The project has a challenging timeline to be complete by September 2025, which is for now up to date, as the permit and tender award will take place end of June, starting work on 1st July.
