Overview:

Position: Site Engineer (8+ Years of Experience)
Location: Athens, Greece
Language: Fluent in Greek & English

Key accountabilities:

Oversee on-site construction activities for general construction and real estate projects
Ensure quality control, compliance with design specifications, and safety regulations
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and prepare detailed reports
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to resolve site issues
Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting construction drawings
Split work time between on-site supervision and office reporting

Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture or Engineering
8+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in general construction & real estate projects
Degree in Civil Engineering
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, site coordination, and reporting
AutoCAD proficiency is a plus
Fluent in Greek and English
