Senior Cost Engineer
Overview:
Position: Cost Engineer (8+ Years of experience)
Location: Athens, Greece
Language: Fluent in English & Greek
Key accountabilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for construction projects during all phases
- Develop and manage budgets throughout project lifecycles
- Prepare and analyse Bills of Quantities (BOQ’s) using various industry standards (NRM, CSI, UNIFORMAT)
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control and financial reporting
- Utilize CostX for estimating and cost planning
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering or QS
- 8+ years of experience in cost engineering for construction projects
- Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
- Proficiency in costing software such as CostX will be a plus
- Postgraduate in a Construction or Cost discipline will be a plus
- RICS and PMP certifications will be a plus
- Full-time office-based role in Athens, Greece
