Project Manager

Overview:

FOCAL PM is currently seeking for an Engineer of 10 years’ experience to join the Company’s Project Management team for Residential Projects in Athens, Greece.

Key accountabilities:

Solid project management, stakeholder management and change management skills
Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Demonstrated ability of reporting and presenting data to the client
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality
Capable of effective multi-task working, identifying, and managing priorities and working to challenging time scales

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in consulting and/or construction environment
Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
Proven recent experience of residential projects
Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing with client and contractor
Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
