Construction Site Manager

Overview:

Position: Construction Manager/ Site Engineer - Hospitality Sector

Location:

Key accountabilities:

Solid project and construction management skills
Oversee on-site construction activities
Ensure quality control, compliance with design specifications, and safety regulations
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and prepare detailed reports
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to resolve site issues
Proven recent experience of hospitality projects
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality control
Capable of effective multi-task working, identifying, and managing priorities and working to challenging time scales
Ability to effectively communicate in Fluent English and Greek both verbally and in writing
Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Autocad etc.) and MsProject
Greek Residence Permit

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture
20+ years of experience as a Construction Manager/Site Engineer. (Porto Heli)
10+ years of experience as a Construction Manager/Site Engineer. (Myconos)
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, site coordination, and reporting
AutoCAD proficiency
Fluent in Greek and English
