Our Business at Focal Project Managers is providing professional management services on construction programs and projects. We function as the owner’s agent and manage design consultants and construction contractors on the owner’s behalf.

Our job is to bring projects to completion on time, within budget and to the specified quality, with constant attention to the prevention of claims.

Since our founding in 1999 we have provided project management services and cost consulting to major building projects in Greece and other South Eastern European locations.

Our staff of construction professionals includes project, and construction managers, engineers, architects, schedulers, cost engineers, estimators, inspectors, sustainability specialists and permitting experts.
